Account Data: When you register, we collect your name and email address for authentication and personalisation.
Study Data: Tasks, test results, notes, AI chat messages, study timers, and syllabus progress you save within the app.
Device Data: Device model, OS version, and anonymous usage statistics to improve the app.
We use your data solely to provide and improve the StudyFlow AI experience — generating study plans, AI tutoring responses, personalised recommendations, performance analytics, and syncing data across your devices via Firebase.
Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore database, and crash reporting. Data is processed per Google's Privacy Policy.
Gemini API (Google): AI tutoring and question generation. Prompts are sent to Google's servers; responses are not used for training. See Google's Privacy Policy.
NVIDIA API: Optional AI provider for question generation, used only if configured. See NVIDIA's Privacy Policy.
Your data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud) and locally on your device via AsyncStorage and SecureStore. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
To prevent abuse, AI feature usage is limited per email address daily (default 50 requests). Limits reset at midnight IST. This is tracked locally on your device.
We retain your data until you delete your account. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
StudyFlow AI is designed for students of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
You can access, update, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact us at the email below for assistance.
